About ADiFA
The African Diaspora Fund of America (ADiFA) is a FinTech company poised to unlock the multi-trillion dollar economic potential between the African diaspora and the African continent. While remittances are strong, direct, wealth-building investment remains blocked by antiquated financial systems, high fees, and a lack of trusted, accessible platforms. For Black Americans seeking to relocate or invest in Africa, this friction is a primary barrier to economic participation.
ADiFA is the financial bridge. We are building a secure and scalable platform for direct investment in Africa, by and for the diaspora.
Our execution is pragmatic and strategically phased. Phase 1 is a focused, high-demand, and conventional entry: an online private lending fund. This initial fund will target an acutely underserved and motivated niche: Expatriates from the diaspora seeking financing for property and business ventures in South Africa. This approach allows us to establish a strong operational, legal, and financial foundation while generating revenue and proving our model.
